calliston checked me in on february 15th around 8 am after my long flight. i was very tired, my check-in was not until 3 pm. he arranged an upgrade for £50 so i could get a room immediately, this included lounge access for breakfast. i decided to book another night because of the service.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. Ayesha gave very good service and found us a comfortable table. The coffee was AMAZING!!! I also made use of the spa before my flight. The jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room provided welcome relaxation.
I was incorrectly charged for a late checkout. I provided my Uber receipt to confirm I left at 10 AM. I never received a response regarding a bill correction.

the team was friendly at check in. I found useful amenities in the room. the gym had mostly cardio machines. i enjoyed a good selection drinks and snacks in the executive lounge. i will stay again. Karan offered friendly service at the restaurant.
My requests weren't ready on check in. A cot was something I had to wait for. Our room didn't have a fridge. We asked for one but it never came. i thought this was a little dissapointing.

The hotel room was large. It had a well-appointed design. There was also plentiful parking. A Starbucks in the building was super useful. The hotel provided a shuttle at my expense. I had twin beds. The price was excellent. The hotel supplied towels. They also supplied hand towels.
They dont supply washcloths. I had to bring my own.
